We were actually surprised by the spacious rooms at Art Resort Piazza Carita'. The location was perfect, great to easily explore all parts of the city. The staff were very good in providing great recommendations and great service. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a friendly and convenient stay.

Good location near Napoli Old Town. Easy access to port for Capri trips. Helpful staff, especially Mr. Antonio Passante. Nice breakfast with options for all diets. Covered parking arranged by hotel. Enjoyable stay overall. *️*️*️*️*️

We had a lovely stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the metro station and the lively Spanish quarter. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the most comfortable bed, duvets, and pillows we found during our entire trip in Italy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and fluent in English, making communication a breeze. They even gave us complimentary local snacks and drinks upon arrival.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
